In the scope of pure inheritance law, our work includes performing probate proceedings, inheritance petitions, and partitions and over-partitions of assets.

In terms of succession planning or patrimonial organization, which is developed in an integrated manner with tax and corporate law, our work includes the preparation of wills, organization of holding companies in Brazil and entities abroad (offshores, trusts, and foundations), and the formulation of strategies for the protection of family assets, professionalization of its management, and reduction of the tax burden in the management of assets in life and in the case of inheritance of assets and rights between family generations.
